Late payment incurs a $50 fee. Refund & Cancellation Policy: All fees are non-refundable except in the event that the show is cancelled by Russell Valley Farm. Booth Fee Acknowledgement *I agree to the Booth Fees & Policies, including payment terms and the non-refundable policy except in the event of show cancellation by Russell Valley Farm.Event PoliciesVendors must arrive for setup between 8 am and 10 am. All booths must be fully set up by 11:45 am. Tear-down may not begin before 4 pm. All displays must be stable and safe for guests. Any candles or heat sources must be approved in advance. Russell Valley Farm is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to vendor property. Vendors are responsible for any necessary licenses, permits, or insurance. Vendors are responsible for cleaning their booth and placing any trash into the provided dumpster.
