Booth Fees & Policies

Booth Types & Fees
  • Standard Booth (8’ x 8’): $150
  • Corner Booth (Endcap with two open sides): $250

Registration & Payment:
Your registration will be reviewed by the Russell Valley Farm team. If approved, you will receive payment instructions and confirmation. Booths are confirmed only after full payment is received. Payment must be completed within 10 business days of approval. Late payment incurs a $50 fee.

Refund & Cancellation Policy:
All fees are non-refundable except in the event that the show is cancelled by Russell Valley Farm.

Event Policies – Russell Valley Farm Bridal Show

  • Vendors must arrive for setup between 8 am and 10 am.
  • All booths must be fully set up by 11:45 am.
  • Tear-down may not begin before 4 pm.
  • All displays must be stable and safe for guests.
  • Any candles or heat sources must be approved in advance.
  • Russell Valley Farm is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to vendor property.
  • Vendors are responsible for any necessary licenses, permits, or insurance.
  • Vendors are responsible for cleaning their booth and placing any trash into the provided dumpster.
